In 2016, we opened our new corporate headquarters in Lake Mary, Florida. This undertaking included merging our three Central Florida offices and implementing brand new infrastructure technologies. “With a large Radiology practice, our IT challenges were growing. The need for a reliable IT provider was important, so MCRG enlisted the help of ProSource Technology Solutions. We were needing to replace our critical billing system while also addressing old Windows XP desktops and network hardware. This looked to be an expensive problem to tackle. The Pulse nightclub tragedy in Orlando rocked our community to the core. Due to our proximity to the club, we were unable to return to our business office for several weeks. Not many Disaster Recovery plans prepare for situations such as this. We were able to secure a workspace at the hospital we serve to accommodate twenty-five core staff members, but that was only one piece of the puzzle. ProSource came out to this temporary space and got to work. Before noon that day, ProSource had a fully functional network up and running and assisted in procuring rental monitors and workstations as we were unable to retrieve anything from our office. Thanks to the ProSource cloud environment and the tireless work of their staff our employees were able to login and work as if they were in the office.
