Leon E. Hart, IV

President

Leon E. ("Lee") Hart, IV brings over eighteen years of quality experience to his position as President and Owner of ProSource Technology Solutions (PSTS).  Orlando native and graduate of the University of Central Florida (MIS/CS), Lee began his IT career at United Parcel Service as an IS Technician in 1991.  His work ethic and commitment quickly advanced him to Senior Technician, then Helpdesk Lead.   In early 1998, Lee moved on to Coleman Technologies, where his experience was instrumental in implementing a complete software distribution system for Orlando Regional Medical center (now Orlando Health).  In late 1998, Lee accepted an opportunity with Nextel Communications as Florida IT Manager where he quickly demonstrated his management and technical balance and within 3 years was promoted to South Region IT Director. There he led a team of six managers and forty technicians across fourteen states to service excellence.  Lee’s experience and innovation led to the development of Business Continuity and Disaster Preparedness plans for the NEW Sprint-Nextel and also form a firm foundation of the principles ProSource Technology Solutions stands by today.  In 2006, Lee left Sprint-Nextel to channel his passion for helping others into ProSource Technology Solutions and is proud to offer the best in IT management, service, and solutions to all of its customers.  To broaden his knowledge and ability to help others, Lee is also Microsoft and Cisco Certified.
