Leon E. Hart, IV

President

Orlando native Leon (“Lee”) E. Hart, IV brings eighteen years of quality experience to his position as President and Co-Owner of ProSource Technology Solutions (PSTS).  After graduating from the University of Central Florida with a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems, Lee began his IT career at United Parcel Service as an IS Technician in 1991.  His superior work ethic and commitment quickly advanced him to Senior Technician, then Helpdesk Supervisor.   In 1998, Lee’s management experience and IT expertise were a strong base for him to move on as the South Region Director for Sprint Nextel Corporation, where he led a team of sixty managers spread across fourteen states to service excellence.  Lee’s experience and innovation were instrumental in the development of Business Continuity and Disaster Preparedness plans for Sprint Nextel and remain a firm foundation of the principles ProSource Technology Solutions stands by today.  In 2006, Lee channeled his devotion to service excellence into founding ProSource Technology Solutions and is proud to offer the best in IT management, service, and preparedness.  To broaden his knowledge-base, Lee is also Novell and Microsoft Certified.

Jeffrey F. Ciafone

Vice President

With more than 18 years experience in the IT industry, Jeff brings a broad range of skills to ProSource. Originally from Connecticut, Jeff graduated from Roger Williams College with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He started his IT career in a medical practice management software company as a helpdesk technician providing nationwide remote support. In 1998, he decided to leave the Northeast and moved his family to Central Florida where he worked his way from IT Technician to IT Manager at Nextel Communications, Inc.. Here he was responsible for a team of technicians providing technical and infrastructure support for 14 offices with over a 1000 end users throughout Florida. Jeff also gained a great deal of experience through an outsourcing agreement with EDS, a leading global technology services company, providing a broad range of IT and project management solutions to its clients. Today Jeff serves as Co-Owner and President of Operations with ProSource.
